Our commitment to personalization means that items created via the Custom Tee Builder are tailored uniquely for you. Because of this, custom items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We accept returns for custom items only in the rare event of a clear manufacturing defect or printing error.
* Important: An uninterrupted, uncut unboxing video is mandatory to process claims for damaged or defective items.
Once our quality team receives and inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed automatically. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.
